Qualifications
Iain MacMillan spent two years studying and graduating with a HND in Health, Fitness and Exercise. He is also a graduate of the European Institute of Fitness as well as a fully certified MNU Nutritionist. He is a fully Qualified Master Trainer & Fitness and Motivation Coach from the European Institute of Fitness and is certified in:

- Clinical Exercise and Specific Populations
- Motivation and Lifestyle Coaching
- Qualified in emergency first aid
- Certified REPS 3 trainer (Register of exercise Professionals)
