Fitness To You provides all new clients with a free, no-obligation introductory consultation. The purpose of this session is to discuss your weight loss or fitness targets, your current condition, as well as a more detailed explanation of the nutritional and fitness programmes we will use to improve your health and wellbeing.
This session is also a good opportunity for you to get to know your personal trainer, since it is very important that you feel you have a good relationship with your personal trainer and to ask any questions you may have.
